🐾 Who are we?
Suflete Dragi Association was officially founded in 2013, with the aim of supporting the work of its co-founders, Alina and Anda Murgu, who have been involved in animal protection since the 2000s.
Our organization is dedicated to:
- 🐶 Rescuing abandoned animals
- 🏡 Taking care of them in our own shelter
- 📍 Organizing regular community campaigns
Our shelter is located in Vidra, Ilfov County, and serves both the local community and animals from:
📍 Bucharest, Giurgiu, Călărași, Teleorman, Dâmbovița, and other counties

The heart of the problem
✂️ Sterilization campaigns
Together with partner organizations :
- 📅 Monthly sterilization campaigns
- 🐾 Over 1500 animals sterilized annually
These actions contribute directly to reducing abandonment and controlling the stray animal population.
